About the role:

The Equipment Technician is involved in setting up new production line, repairing the facility and production equipment. Also carry out preventive maintenance on a regular basis.

• Participate in setting up a new production line with contractors.
• Trouble-shoot and repair the facility and production machines.
• Carry out the preventive maintenance to all critical machines and testers.
• Daily check and record the machines conditions.
•  Ensure the staff operate the machines safely and properly.

About the role:

The job holder uses hand, tools or machines to assemble electronics and mechanical parts adhere to the WI (work instruction) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

What you would be expected to do

• Assemble TV on the production line according to instruction, drawing or schematics.
• Set up and operate the machines and tools adhere to instruction
• Report product defect, faulty operations and incidents to the supervisor.
• Unpack and load the parts and materials to production line
• Pack the finished goods into the carton and move the storage area
• Maintain the work area clean, well-organized and safe.
• Work under the guidance of the supervisor to complete the assigned duties in a timely manner.

About the role:

The production supervisor oversees the TV production team with about 20 operators. you are responsible for the production line is running smoothly and meet the quality standards. You will also ensure that there are enough staff present and follow the health and safety requirements.

What you would be expected to do

• Follow and execute the daily production schedule.
• Ensure the materials are issued to production line on time.
• Ensure the production team assemble the product according to instructions and procedures.
• Ensure the finished goods are packed and store in the designated place properly.
• Ensure the workplace and clean, well-organized and follow 6S practice.
• Provide orientation and production process training to all operators.
• Manage staff attendance sheet and discipline

The job holder is responsible for production materials receiving and issue, also manage the FG goods out.

What you would be expected to do

• Receive and count the incoming materials from suppliers or China.
• Receive the finished goods from Production line.
• Issue the material to production line.
• Store the materials and finished goods in a secure place.
• Record material/FG goods in and goods out in the system.
• Cycle count material and FG inventory

The PE technician is in charge of the manufacturing process and layout is set properly and provide enough process training to operators. in the meanwhile trouble-shoot and repair the defect TV from production

• Ensure the production layout and process are set properly.
• Provide production process and know-hows to operators.
• Trouble-shoot and repair the defect TV from production.
• Ensure the operators use the machines, tools and fixture properly.
• Update the production Work Instruction, SOP or drawing if any.
• Involve in the new production line setup and validation.

About the role:

The job holder is responsible for materials incoming inspection, In Process inspection and finished goods outgoing inspection to ensure the quality in line with acceptance standards.

What you would be expected to do

• Inspect the incoming materials of part number, quantity and package condition.
• Perform first article inspection before running mass production
• Inspect and ensure the WIP (Work In Process) comply with acceptance standards.
• Inspect the finished goods based on AQL level
• Prepare IQC/IPQC/OQC report to supervisor on regular basis.

• Have at least one year experience of inspection electronic products.
• Are knowledgeable of ISQ9001 or relevant quality system is an advantage.
