Internal Auditor (Information System)
Job Specifications
- Apply professional accounting and auditing principles and standards to test and evaluate complex information technology and operational systems
- Play a key role in advising and providing assurance to the business functions on risks relating to the information systems
- Audit the network environment, security management systems, logical access control systems and databases
- Review application of COBIT principles
- Run scripts for the purpose of continuous auditing of mission-critical systems
- Assist in information technology and other fraud investigations
Person Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology from a recognized university
- Professional qualifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP
- Professional qualifications in accountancy and auditing (e.g. CPA, ACCA & CIA) and registration with the relevant professional body (e.g. ICPAK, IIA) will be an added advantage
- At least four (4) years relevant practical experience in information systems audit in a reputable organization.
- Proficiency in Computer applications.
- Demonstrated competence in work performance.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge in the use of an audit management software (e.g. Teammate)
- Knowledge of UNIX environment, Oracle and Network infrastructure
- Outstanding analytical skills with knowledge of use of Computer Aided Audit Tools (CAATS) e.g. ACL
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the audit process, controls and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to write timely constructive and actionable audit reports.

Senior Supply Chain Officer
An Officer at this level may be deployed to perform duties in any of the following functional areas:
Job Specifications
- Local/Overseas Purchasing
- Procurement of goods, services and works for the Company.
- Ensure that goods, services and works are procured as per the approved budgets and procurement plan.
- Provide regular, accurate and meaningful information on the status of procurement of goods works and services to management and user departments.
- Ensure all procurement processes are compliant with the relevant legislations.
- Secretary to the Evaluation Committee.
- Pre-qualification of Company suppliers and regular appraisal of the same.
- Update of vendor list.
- Coordinate the preparation of company’s annual procurement plans and monitoring implementation of the same.

- Tenders & Contracts
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of tenders and contracting process, policies and procedures, and actively participate in the continuous development of KPC’s Supply Chain strategy.
- Design and drive the sequence of Tenders and Contract management activities, dependencies and definition of the desired outcomes, including the comprehensive
- Tender Secretariat Affairs Management.
- Oversee Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure value for money is achieved in each functional process.
- Managing all tender documentation repository (Paper and electronic), supplier information and all other procurement related documentation as per policy.
- Enforce compliance of Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 (PPADA, 2015) and related regulations including statutory reporting both statutory and administrative.

- A minimum of six (6) years’ experience in relevant work;
- Supervisory Course lasting not less than two (2) weeks.
- Have full membership to KISM and CIPS;
- Practicing License from KISM.

Chief Safety Fire Officer
Job Specifications
- Ensure serviceability of Fire vehicles, Mobile firefighting equipment, Fixed fire installations, portable firefighting equipment and all firefighting equipment across all KPC facilities.
- Perform inspection of firefighting equipment, write and submit proposals to modify, replace, and repair fire- fighting equipment.
- Develop and implement fire fighting protocols for KPC depots, based on fire fighting equipment.
- Develop and implement fire emergency evacuation plan within KPC depots
- Prepare and submit proposals for repair, modification, or replacement of firefighting equipment
- Undertakes inspection of KPC premises and other hazardous zones to ascertain compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare, coordinate and implement fire training for Emergency Response Training (ERT) members across KPC facilities.

- Diploma in Fire Engineering or Safety Management, Engineering or related field Engineering or its recognized equivalent from a recognised institution with Twelve (12) years relevant experience.

- Valid driving license for Class BCE

Safety, Health & Environment Manager
Job Specifications
- Determine the strategic direction and work priorities within Safety, Health and Environment Sections;
- Provide guidance on the implementation of policies, objectives and goals pertaining to Safety, Health and Environment sections to ensure smooth execution and achievement of desired targets as contained in the Corporate Strategic Plan (CSP);
- Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization by ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation on Safety, Health & Environment;
